Slow Cooked Vegetable Chili

Ingredients
1 28oz can whole peeled tomatoes with juice1 15oz can chick peas (garbanzo beans), drained2 zucchini, thinly sliced1 onion, chopped2 carrots, sliced2 stalks celery, sliced1 red bell pepper, chopped1/4 c Tastefully Simple Wahoo Chili1 4oz can chopped green chile peppers2 tsp Tastefully Simple Garlic Garlic1 T dried oregano2 tsp ground cumin1 tsp salt (optional)
Directions
Combine all ingrediants in slow cooker. Cover and cook on high 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours. For lower sodium, omit salt.
