Chicken Chow Mein

Ingredients
1 head cabbage1 bunch of celery1 onion1 can sliced water chestnuts1 -32 oz box chicken broth24 oz of shredded rotisserie chicken (skin/bones removed)1/4c Braggs liquid Aminos4 T corn starch
Directions
Slice cabbage and nion into strips, dice celery. Saute all on med/high heat in the oil. Add chesnuts, broth, liquid amino's and chicken bring to a bowl. Stir 4 T corn stach in 1/4 water and add to pot,boil until thickened. Serve over brown rice.
