10 oz of low sodium chunk light tuna in water1 can low sodium cream of mushroom soup0.5 cup skim milk1 tbsp olive oil1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese0.5 cup chopped broccoli floret0.5 chopped onion0.5 chopped bell pepper1 cup chopped portabella mushrooms
Directions
cook noodles according to package directions. while noodles are boiling saute your veggies in olive oil. when the noodles and veggies are done combine with soup and tuna. bake at 350 for 20 minutes
