1 cup of granulated sugar3 large egg whites1/4 tsp of cream of tartar1/2 tsp of vanilla1/4 tsp salt
1. turn the oven to 275 degrees F.
2. In a medium bowl beat the egg whites with the salt until they form little pics.
3. Slowly add the sugar.
4. Beat 5 minutes non-stop.
5. Add the cream of tartar and vanilla.
6. Beat three more minutes.
7. In a baking sheet put dollops about one inch diameter. With have an inch of separation between each.
8. Put in the oven for 20- 30 mins.
9. ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!
