Pizza Casserole

8 oz. bag No Yolks Dumplings45 oz. jar of Ragu sauce or 3 (15 oz.) cans of pizza sauce1 1/2 lbs. shredded mozzarella cheese 1 1/2 lbs. Italian sausage1 cup chopped onion1 package pepperoni (half of it chopped)
Preheat the oven to 350.
Brown the sausage and onion, drain. Boil noodles until al dente, drain.
Spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan.
Layer half of the noodles over the sauce.
Layer half of the sausage over the noodles.
Layer the chopped pepperoni over the sausage.
Layer half of the sauce over the pepperoni.
Layer half the cheese over the sauce.
Layer the rest of the noodles over the cheese.
Layer the rest of the sausage over the noodles.
Layer the rest of the sauce over the sausage.
Layer the rest of the cheese over the sauce.
Layer pepperonis over the cheese.
Cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, remove the foil & bake for another 15 minutes.
Once it's done baking, take it out & let it sit for 10 or 15 minutes. {This is to cool it off AND to let everything settle together. If you don't let it sit, it will just fall apart on your fork!}
