2 large chicken leg quarters2 chicken bouillon cubes1 16 oz. package of frozen mixed vegetables1 tsp. onion powder1/4 tsp. black pepper1/4 tsp. accent salt (optional)1 tbs. chopped onions (freeze dried)4 cups of water6-8 frozen biscuits
Boil chicken in 4 cups of water along with bouillon cubs and seasons until chicken is tender. Debone chicken keeping broth add mixed vegetables and additonal seasoning as desired also additonal water if needed. Continue to let simmer for about 2 min. Then pour into a 9x13 glass casarole dish and place frozen biscuits on top. bake fo about 30 min r until biscuits are done. Let cool and enjoy.
