Basic Salad

Ingredients
Most of one bag of baby spinach (about 4 oz), washed.3 Heads of Romaine lettuces, washed and cubed.1/2 a medium red onion, sliced1 1/2 tomatoes, washed and slicedOne 6 oz bag of arugula, washed2 cucumbers, washed and sliced, with the skin.12 oz bag of dressing free broccoli slaw
Directions
Wash, very thoroughly dry, mix, and then separate into 14 sealed containers.

If properly dried, this will last up to 8 days in the refrigerator, making 1 salad for lunch and 1 for dinner for one week for one person.
