Pumpkin Nut Muffins

Ingredients
3 C flour - I use 2 Whole Wheat 1 Bread flour1 tbsp + 2 tsp of Pumpkin Pie Spice2 tsb Baking Soda1.5 tsp Salt15 oz can of Pumpkin1 C Truvia Baking Blend4 eggs.5 C Applesauce2 Tbsp Oil.75 to 1 C Water1 C English Walnuts
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. In separate bowl mix all wet ingredients. Then fold all dry ingredients in the wet ingredients until moist. Do not over mix.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees
