Vegan Quiche Lorraine

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil1 large onion, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced1 package silken tofu1/3 cup nutritional yeast1/2 cup kale, boiled and chopped4 strips vegan bacon, fried and choppedvegan cheese, cheddar styledash of saltdash of pepper1 pastry crust (homemade or storebought)
Directions
Heat the oil and fry the onion and garlic. Pour half the onion mixture into a food processor and add the tofu and nutritional yeast, and blend together. In a large bowl combine all the filling ingredients and stir together. Pour into the crust and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
