* Milk, nonfat, 1.5 cup * *Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 3 tsp * *Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 24 tsp * Vanilla Extract, 2 tbsp * Orange - juiced and zested * Lemon - juiced and zested * Yogurt, plain, skim milk, 32 oz. * Oats, 2 cup * Kellogg's All-Bran With Extra Fiber Cereal, 2 cup * *Whole Wheat Flour, 4 cup * Baking Soda, 2.5 tsp * Baking Powder, 2.5 tsp * Salt, 1.5 tsp * Cinnamon, ground, .25 tsp * Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp * Raisins, 1 cup (not packed) * Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 0.75 cup* Orange extract, 1.5 tsp
Heat milk in microwave until warmed. Add sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, orange extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour all dry ingredients into large bowl, then add wet ingredients. Mix well. Scoop batter into sprayed muffin or loaf pans. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 325F and bake for another 15-20 minutes. Remove from baking pan and let cool. Perfect for freezing; microwave for 45 seconds in the morning. 3 WW POINTS EACH.
