Kasha Pilaf

Ingredients
KASHA:1.5 cups Kasha3 cups boiling water2 pinches sea saltPILAF:1 Tbsp. oil3 large stalks of celery, chopped1 cup grated carrots2 tsp. minced garlic1 can Red Gold petite diced tomatoes with garlic and olive oil1 can diced green chiles
Directions
Bring water to a boil. Add Kasha and sea salt slowly. Lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Fluff with fork. In the meantime, add oil to skillet and heat until hot. Add celery, carrots and garlic to skillet and sautee for 2-3 minutes. Drain tomatoes and chiles and add to skillet. Cook on medium high heat until hot - 1-2 minutes. Add kasha and stir. Serve
