Asian-style Tuna Cakes

Ingredients
Two small cans of tuna (or 10 oz), 2 eggs (beaten), 1 tbs flour, 3/4c panko bread crumbs, 2 tsp sesame oil, salt, pepper, 1 clove garlic (minced). Optional: 1/2 finely chopped onion.
Directions
Mix all ingredients with clean hands. Heat oil in a skillet. Form mixture into small patties and cook each side 3-4 minutes or until firm when pressing them with your finger. Serve with vegetables.
