High Protein Choco-Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
1 Large Egg1/2 c. Banana, fresh,mashed 1/2 c. Cottage Cheese low fat1/4 c. Water1/4 c. 100% Organic Whole Wheat Flour1 TBSP Unsweetened Cocoa Powder1 packet of Equal (about 1 tsp)1 scoop of Protein Powder - vanilla or chocolate1 tsp of CinnamonBlend the ingredients together. I used my Magic Bullet.
Directions
Add all ingredients into blender and purée until smooth. Cook in a hot skillet coated with non- stick spray. I made mine as silver dollar size pancakes with 4-5 to each serving.

Serving Size: Makes 15-20 silver dollar size pancakes.
