Ingredients
3 cups Semolina2 cups yogurt1.5 cups Sugar1 teaspoon Baking Soda
Directions
Heat oven to 400F. Spray a 14"-15" round pan with cooking spray or grease it with some butter.

Mix all the ingredients together and let it sit for 30 minutes.

Pour the mixture in the greased pan. You may sprinkle with some slivered almonds. Bake for 30 minutes or until brown.

Take out and pour on it 2-3 big laddles of Orange Blossom Syrup
