Corn Chex Cereal, 4 cup Rice Chex Cereal 4 serving Brown Sugar, .75 cup, packed (Light Corn Syrup, 3 tbsp Butter, salted, 6 tbspCaramel bits 1 cupHershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips 1 cup
Microwave brown sugar, butter and corm syrup in microwaveable measuring cup for 1 minute. Stir and microwave one more minute until smooth and runny. Mix in 1/4 tsp baking soda until dissolved. Pour over cereal in large bowl and mix until evenly coated. Return this large bowl of stuff to the microwave and microwave on high for 3 mins, stirring each minute.
Spread cereal mix on wax paper on a cookie sheet and allow to cool 10 minutes.
Melt caramel bits in microwave with 1-2 tbsp of cream to thin. About 1 minute. Drizzle over cereal.
Melt chocolate chips in microwave in 20 second intervals until smooth. Drizzle over cereal mix.
Sprinkle with coarse sea salt while chocolate is still melty.
When hardened, break into pieces and enjoy!!
