1 soft fruit (Banana)2 small handfuls frozen or fresh fruit2-4 tablespoons protein powder2 Oats or ground flax seed1.5 tablespoons oil1.5 cups water1 tablespoon sweetener honey or agave (optional, less or more as needed)optional superfoods, greens, and other ingredients I used Chia and Bee Pollen6 ice cubes (omit if soft fruit is frozen)
Directions
Put it all in a blender and blend
