Slice the squash about 1/4" thick slices. This recipe uses about 3/4 c of squash or 98g.Measure out 1.5 servings of hummus into a small bowl. Place the bowl in the center of a plate and line the outter edge of the plate with squash around the bowl.Your snack is served.
