Chrissy's Turkey Tortilla Casserole

Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup chicken broth1/4 cup chopped celery3 cups chopped cooked turkey10 6" corn tortillas cut into bite size pieces4 oz. can diced green chiles or jalapenos, drained (depends how hot you like it)1 10 3/4 oz. can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup1 tsp. black pepper2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, or 1 cup cheddar 1 cup monterey jack1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes with green chiles, or 1 cup salsa1 tsp. chili powder
Directions
In medium saucepan combine onion, broth and celery. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 5 minutes. In large bowl stir together undrained onion mixture, turkey, tortillas, peppers, soup and pepper. Stir 1 cup cheese into tortilla mixture. Transfer mixture into a lightly greased 13X9X2" baking dish. Top wth tomatoes, or salsa. Sprinkle chili powder over top and top with remaining 1 cup of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes, then slice into 8 servings and serve.
