Black Bean and Pumpkin Stew

Ingredients
4 bell peppers, mixed colors2 c chopped red onion4 chopped tomatoes1 can of pumpkin2 tbsp minced garlic2 jalepeno peppers1tbsp tomato pastevegetable brothcumincayenne,chipotle chilesalt
Directions
saute vegetables and garlic in olive oil until tender
add herbs, sauteeing until fragrant.

add tomato paste and stir until dissolve
add beans, broth and pumpkin and bring to a boil
Let simmer 20 minutes
