Beef and Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients
2 pounds Beef, top sirloin2 tbsp Sesame OilGarlic, 6 cloves minced2 bell peppers, red1 package of enoki mushrooms (or other variety)1/4 Onions, diced1 Cup Snap peas1 cup Snow Peas2 cups Bok Choy, raw-shreaded2 cups Summer Squash1 tsp Ginger Root1 tbps Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
Directions
heat oil in skillet and add onions, peppers, and garlic. Saute until soft then add beef. When beef is almost cooked add span peas. Wait a few minutes and add remaining veggies and sauce. Simmer for about 3 -5 minutes and serve with rice or rice noodles.
