Asian Baked Tofu

Ingredients
2 Blocks Firm Tofu1/2 cup Tamari1/2 Cup water2 tbsp sesame oil5 cloves minced garlic2 inches minced ginger root1 tbsp siracha1.5 tbsp brown rice vinegar.5 tbsp mirin
Directions
Press tofu to drain out water. Marinate tofu in all other ingredients for at least 2 hours (longer the better). Bake in oven for around 400 for around 45 minutes, to desired consistency.

Serving Size: Makes around 8 servings (quarter block of tofu per person)
