Ingredients
1/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature8 TB mascarpone1 tsp vanillaliquid splenda to taste1/4 cup finely chopped pecans1 Nectressedash of ground cinnamon1 tsp salted butter
Directions
Blend unsaltedbutter and mascarpone, then add vanilla and liquid splenda. When well blended, divide among the 16 holes of a silicone candy mold.

In a small bowl, melt salted butter. Add chopped pecans, nectresse and cinnamon and mix well. Place a small amount of mixture on each candy and press down. Place in freezer for 10 minutes; keeps best in freezer.
