Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Soup Redux

Ingredients
1 onion, diced (about 1 cup)2 stalks celery, diced1 medium carrot, diced2 cloves garlic, minced1 can chopped green chiles1 can stewed tomatoes1/4 cup salsa1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper1/4 teaspoon chipotle powder3 cups chicken broth or stock2 tablespoons Tabasco sauceGarnish:6 tablespoons Bolthouse Chunky Blue Cheese Yogurt Dressing
Directions
Place all ingredients except Tabasco and blue cheese dressing in a slow cooker. Cover and cook 3 hours on high or 6 hours on low. Before serving, add 1 teaspoon Tabasco to serving bowl and add soup on top. Stir to combine. Garnish with 1 tablespoon blue cheese dressing.
