Ingredients
1 Tbsp Smart Balance Omega Oil7 cups cooked Uncle Bens Parboiled Brown Rice1 cup white onion, chopped2 cups frozen peas & carrots1 pkg Sunbird Fried Rice Seasoning mix1 tsp soy sauce
Directions
Heat oil in pan, add rice and onion. 'stir-fry' until onion is soft. add peas & carrots, seasoning mix and soy sauce. Stir well.
