Ingredients
baked chickenbrown rice (prepare per instructions)butter (real butter/unsalted)garliconionsoy saucewalnut oil3 eggs
Directions
Saute onion and garlic with walnut oil. Once onion and garlic are soft, crack eggs into saute pan and scramble.
Stir in prepared brown rice, baked chicken, butter and soy sauce.
