Ground Beef Fried Rice

1/2 lb lean ground beef1 cup frozen peas and carrots2 bags of instant rice1 tbsp lite soy sauce1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp ginger powder1 tbsp oil1 large egg1 cup GREEN onion chopped
Cook Rice in microwave.
Drain rice and place in a dish in the refrigerator.
Cook Ground beef and set aside
Sauce: Mix together oil, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic.
Heat sauce above til in skillet til hot.
Add rice and fry for 3-5 miuntes.
Add green onion, peas and carrots and heat for another 3-5 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium
Add ground beef and mix and continue to fry in skillet.
Scramble egg.
Push rice aside and cook scraambled egg in skillet.
once scrambled mix agg into fried rice. when mixture in evenly heated and mixed add to serving dish.
Serve warm.
