Baked Cod with Coriander

Ingredients
6 cod fillets (about 3 lbs)2 tsp ground coriander2 tsp salt or to your taste1 tsp fresh ground pepper4 or 5 cloves crushed garlic1/3 cup lemon juice or the juice 2 fresh lemons3 tbs extra virgin olive oil
Directions
In a baking pan (a pyrex pan or long casserole pan) lay out the cod fillets side by side. Sprinkle the dry ingredients evenly over the fish. Pour lemon juice and olive oil evenly over the fish. Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Check the fish with a fork. If it flakes easily it is done!
