Banana Protein Shake - Lactose Free

Ingredients
Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) sliced, frozenMelaleuca Proflex 30 Vanilla (2 scoops), 1 serving Ovaltine - Chocolate Malt, 2 tbspBlue Diamond Almond Milk - Vanilla, 1 cup
Directions
Freeze banana slices in ziploc bag.

To blender add 1c almond milk, then Proflex Protein Powder, then ovaltine and finally frozen banana slices.
Pulse blender to break up banana, then finally set on mix until blended smooth.
