Sweet and Sour Veggie and Rice

Ingredients
1/2 C Minute White Rice1/2 C Broccoli1/2 C CauliflowerFor Sauce:2 TBS Brown Sugar2 TBS ketchup1 Tsp Lemon Juice
Directions
Cook your veggies according to package direction, and do the same for your minute rice. I simply boil me frozen veggies, and then drain.
Mix together the ingrediants for the sauce and microwave for 30 seconds in a microwave safe bowl. Pour the sauce over the rice and veggies and then mix! Now it's ready to eat!
