Oriental Salad

6 chopped green onions (if desired)2 bags of Romaine lettuce1 T sesame seeds1/4 C sliced almonds1 pkg Top Ramen (broken into small bits for topping)1/4 C butter (1/2 cube)1/4 t salt1/4 C oil1/4 C rice vinegar1/4 t black pepper1 t sesame oil1/4 C sugar
Break up Top Ramen into tiny pieces to use as a salad toper. Fry Top Ramen pieces in butter. When crispy and brown add the seasoning packet to the Top Ramen. Set aside.
Mix the salt, oil, rice vinegar, pepper, sesame oil and sugar for the dressing. Set aside.
Chop 6 Green Onions (if desired).
When ready to serve, combine/toss Romaine lettuce, green onions, sesame seeds, sliced almonds, ramen mixture, and salad dressing together and serve!
Serving Size: Makes 6 2-cup servings
