Lecha (Lentil Dish)

40 grams nonfat cottage cheese 100 grams fresh green peppers2 tsp basil2 tbsp pepper, red or cayenne 1 small raw onion400 grams lentils1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
The amount of the ingredients is symbolic - you can add more or less of each to your own liking.
I use canned lentils.
Use a frying pan, slice the onion and fry it until it turns golden, then add the pepper and after a minute or two add the lentils.
Stir for a minute and add the cottage cheese, stirring it until it melts.
Add some basil and cayenne pepper, salt and serve it sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
Voila.
