*Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cupGround beef, extra lean, 16 ozSweet peppers (bell), 1 cup, choppedOnions, raw, 1 cup, choppedOlive Oil, 2 tbspSalt, 1 tspPepper, black, 1 tspCanned Tomatoes, 2 canChicken Broth, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
brown onions, pepper, beef, and rice together. Add tomatoes and chicken stock. Cook until rice is tender.
