Shrimp and asparagus pasta

Ingredients
1 lb shrimp2 cups asparagus2 tbsp butter1 tbsp olive oil2 cloves garlic2 cups whole wheat pasta2 small cans mushrooms
Directions
Cook asparagus and pasta as normal. Saute garlic in oil. Melt butter and add shrimp for 3 minutes. Add asparagus and mushrooms until cooked. Pour over pasta.

    I added peppers and tomatoes and forgot to put the mushrooms in but it was still delicious. Put it over angel hair pasta which is my hubby's favorite. He loved it too. - 3/15/13

    Made this for the whole family using one pound of pasta. Also, added some fresh basil, fresh ground black pepper and fresh mushrooms instead of canned. I'll definitely make it again. Next time I'll double the garlic though. - 3/20/08
