Shirataki Noodles with Sauteed Vegetables

1 8oz package Shirataki Noodles1 cup fresh broccoli, chopped1/2 cup chopped celery1/2 cup chopped onion1 sweet bell pepper, diced, any color4 cloves garlic, crushed or mashed1/2 tsp salt or to taste1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper or to taste1/2 tsp chili powder2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Rinse Shirataki Noodles and put in a dry skillet over medium to high heat stirring to dry for about 3 to 4 minutes. Put to the side.
In the same skillet, heat the olive oil and saute all the vegetables until soft, stirring occasionally. Add Shirataki noodles and stir until noodles are well coated and blended with the vegetables.
