Ingredients:Dried Lentils, 1 cup Tomato Sauce, 2 cup Carrots, raw, 2 cup, grated Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) *Balsamic Vinegar or white vinegar, 1 tbsp Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) Yellow Peppers or any color (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Pepper, black, 2 tbsp Garlic, 1 clove Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp or 1 packet Brown Sugar, 9 tsp packed
dice all veggies, throw everything into the crockpot, stir, cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.
