Mashed Caulifower

Ingredients
1 large head cauliflower, broken into florets 1 tsp salt2 tbsp whipped cream cheese1 tbsp Light Butter (Land of Lakes)salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Boil a large head of cauliflower in salted water until tender. Drain, and mash with cream cheese, and light butter. Season with salt n pepper to taste.
