Ingredients
- 1/4 cup egg beaters- 1/8 cup skim milk- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract- non-stick cooking spray- 2 pieces whole wheat bread
Directions
Mix first 4 ingredients with a whisk. Spray pan with cooking spray. Dip bread in egg mixture and place in pan. Cook until brown on both sides. Serve with low cal syrup. Makes 2 pieces of toast. For one serving

    I like this! Modified slightly by using low cal whole wheat bread - 2 slices.
