Ingredients
1 Trader Joe's Bagel Slim1 large egg1 slice Trader Joe's Smoked GoudaSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
split and toast bagel slim. Crack egg into microwave safe bowl, break yolk. add salt and pepper to egg. cover and microwave 1 minute (800watt.) remove bagel slim from toaster and set aside. If egg is still runny, microwave covered in 30 second intervals until set. place slice of gouda on the egg and microwave 30 more seconds. remove egg and cheese from bowl and add to bagel.
