Corn, Edamame and Black Bean Salad

Ingredients
Juice of 11⁄2 limes
3 T olive oil1⁄4 t minced garlic1⁄4 t sugar1 1⁄2 c frozen corn, thawed & drained
3⁄4 c frozen shelled edamame, thawed
15 oz can black beans, drained & rinsed 1⁄2 red onion, finely chopped
1⁄2 c fresh chopped cilantro
Directions
In a large bowl, whisk together lime juice, oil, garlic, & sugar. Add corn, edamame, beans, onion & cilantro; toss to combine. Refrigerate overnight. Pack in 4 airtight containers.
