Thai Chicken Rollups

Ingredients
2 Tbs lime juice2 Tbs light Mayonnaise1 Tbs reduced fat peanut butter1/2 tsp ground ginger1/8 tsp ground red pepper1 clove garlic, crushed4 (10 inch) flour tortillas1/2 fresh basil, chopped1 c shredded cabbage6 oz thinly sliced deli-roasted chicken1 c red bell pepper strips
Directions
1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl, stir well with a whisk.
2. Spread each tortilla with 1 tablespoon mayonnaise mixture. Top each tortilla with 2 tablespoons of basil, 1/4 cup shredded cabbage, one-fourth of the chicken, and 1/4 cup bell pepper. Wrap in plastic and chill.
