1 Winter (Acorn) Squash4 teaspoons unsalted butter2 teaspoons brown sugar2 teaspoons cinnamonwater
Cut acorn squash in half and remove seeds. Place both halves in a small baking dish. Pour 1/2-1 cup of water in the pan (not the squash). In the center of each squash, put 2 teaspoons butter, 1 teaspoon brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
