Whole Wheat pepperoni or canadian bacon pizza

Ingredients
1pkg dry pizza yeast1/2 to 1 cup warm water2 cup Whole wheat flour1/4 tsp salt1 Tblsp Olive Oil1 tsp butter, unsalted meltedCooking sprayToppings:1/2 cup Low sugar pasta sauce (any kind)pinch of oregano1/2 tsp of basilmozzarella cheese 1/2 package shredded16 slices turkey pepperoni or canadian bacon as desired
Directions
Combine pizza yeast, warm water, salt in large bowl, add olive oil and stir. Add more warm water as needed until dough becomes slightly sticky.

Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead several times. Spray pizza pan with cooking spray.

Add low sugar pasta sauce to crust, add pinch of oregano to sauce. Add meat evenly on top of sauce. Cover with cheese, add basil to top of cheese.

Bake at 425 oven for 9-12 minutes, cheese should be bubbly in the middle
