Ingredients
.25 cup of canned pumpkin1 egg1 tbsp almond butter*can also add spices (cinnamon, ginger, vanilla, etc)
Directions
Whisk egg and almond butter together
add in pumpkin and whisk
pour into heated skillet, use coconut oil or pam and flip when bubbly


Serving Size: makes 3 small pancakes
