3 Spring Roll Wrappers1 cup Shredded Cabbage or Pre-Shredded Cole SlawChicken Breast meat (approx 3 ozs)Soy Sauce, to tasteSalt & Pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 425.
Mix cabbage, chicken breast with soy & salt & pepper (go sparingly on soy - too wet will leak through the wrapper). Split filling between 3 wrappers & roll tightly. Use water to seal roll.
Spray foil-lined cookie sheet, place rolls & spray tops. Bake for 10 minutes turning once.
