White clam sauce

Ingredients
1 stick unsalted butter4 cans clams in juice2 bottles clam juice2 cups chopped onions6 chopped garlic cloves1 C chopped parsley1 t oreganodash red pepper flakesS& P to taste
Directions
Melt butter in saucepan. Saute onion and garlic for ~5 min, add parsley and broth, bring to boil, add clams and cook 1-2 min. Serve over pasta.
