Ingredients
1 1/2 packages Ole Xtreme Wellness! High Fiber Low Carb Tortilla Wraps (8 per package)2 1/2 c. Jimmy Dean Turkey Hearty Sausage Crumbles (1 package)1 package Bob Evans Hash Browns (20 oz.)4 oz. Sargento Reduced Fat Mexican Cheese (1 package)8 large eggsPace Picante Sauce (figured at 10 servings, but to taste)
Directions
Scramble eggs mixing in the cheese, salsa, and add some salt and pepper as desired. Add in the sausage crumbles as the eggs are nearly done. Cook the hash browns per the package directions. Mix everything together. Fill tortillas and serve.
