1/2 cup Butter2 Eggs3 mashed Bananas3/4 cup Brown Sugar2 tbsps Honey1 tsp Vanilla1/2 Milk2 cups Pure Pantry All Purpose Baking Mix
Pre-heat oven, grease 9" loaf pan or muffin tin. In a large bowl beat butter (room temperature), brown sugar, honey and vanilla. When well mixed add eggs and mashed bananas. Then add flour and milk alternately until mixed. Pour into pan & bake loaf - 45 min & 35 mins for muffins.
