0.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 slices Sourdough Bread2 tbsp Fresh Basil3 slices Roma Tomatoes0.5 cup Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
Assemble sandwich, put EVOO in a pan, grill on stovetop. Could also grill in a toaster oven or a panini press.
