Marinated Port Tenderloin

Ingredients
12 oz. pork tenderloin1 cup orange juice1/2 cup maple syrup2 Tbsp. Ketchup1 Tbsp. honey mustard1.5 Tsp. curry powder1.5 Tsp. coriander1 Tsp. Worcestershire sauce2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions
1) mix all ingredients, except pork to create marinade.
2) Add the pork to the marinade and refrigerate for 3 hours or more (best results refrigerate overnight)
3) Cook port with marinae in a casserole dish, usually 45 minutes at 350 F
