Ingredients
I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Original Buttery Spray, 5 sprays, 1 serving Egg, fresh, 4 large *Soy Milk Plain Light, 1 cup Provolone Cheese, 3 slice (1 oz)Cheddar Cheese, 2 cubic inch Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped Pepper, black, 1 tsp Salt, .5 tsp Garlic, 1 clove *Potatoes, hashed brown, frozen, plain, unprepared, 1 cup
Directions
Spray pie pan with Calorie Free oil spray. Spread hashbrowns evening in bottom of pan. Spray with butter-flavored oil spray. Bake 15 minutes at 350'. Mix eggs, soy milk, cheddar cheese and seasonings. When crust is done cooking, layer with provolone cheese. Pour egg mixture over all. Bake 20-30 minutes.
